Frankfurt a. M. the Brazilian Schalke-Star Lincoln saw the red card for attacking a player of the opposing team after the final whistle in the game Schalke 04 against Bayer 04 Leverkusen. The German Football Association's Disciplinary Court of Law decided to sanction the attack with a ban of the player for five league matches.
FC Schalke-Gelsenkirchen 04 e.V. was advised by and represented in the hearing of the Disciplinary Court of Law by Paeffgen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH. Theo Paeffgen, Rechtsanwalt and Solicitor, pleaded on behalf of Schalke for the player, reducing the ban from six to five league matches.
